Cowork is the conversational layer of VeluraHQ. Rather than navigating to each module separately, you can ask Cowork in plain language — “Which posts are losing AI citations?” or “Build a bulk refresh for my top 50 pages” — and it reads your workspace data, builds the workflow, and kicks off the run. It’s the fastest path from question to executed pipeline. Your Brand Kit, analytics, and page library are wired in automatically, so Cowork always works from the right context without any setup on your part.

Running an agent

Open Cowork

Click Cowork in your workspace sidebar to open the conversational interface.

Describe your task or choose a template

Type a task in plain language — for example, “Find the pages we’re losing AI citations on and draft a refresh plan” — or click a pre-built template from the agent library.

Cowork reads your workspace context

Cowork automatically pulls your Brand Kit, analytics data, and page library into the task. You don’t need to paste in URLs, upload data, or configure data sources manually.

Review the proposed plan

Before executing, Cowork presents a step-by-step plan for your review. Check that the steps match your intent and adjust any parameters — scope, depth, model choice — before confirming.

Confirm and monitor progress

Confirm the plan to start the agent. Track execution step-by-step in the activity panel. Cowork surfaces interim outputs as it works so you can see what it’s doing at each stage.

Review outputs and publish

When the agent finishes, review the outputs — drafts, reports, Sheets, or action lists — in the results panel. Approve assets for publishing directly from Cowork without switching to another tool.

Interactive vs. scheduled agents

Cowork supports two operating modes depending on whether you need immediate answers or automated recurring work: Interactive — Task Cowork conversationally for one-off analysis, ad hoc builds, and real-time research. Ask a question, get an answer grounded in your live data, and act on it immediately. This mode is best for exploration, planning sessions, and anything where you want to steer the agent as it works. Pulse (scheduled) — Put an agent on a recurring cadence — weekly, monthly, or on a custom schedule — so that competitive briefings, performance reports, and bulk refresh runs happen automatically without your involvement. Pulse agents complete in the background and surface results for review when they’re ready.
Set up a Pulse agent to deliver a competitive intelligence briefing every Monday morning. Configure the Competitor Intelligence template, set it to run every Sunday night, and start each week already knowing what rivals published, ranked for, and gained in AI visibility — before your first meeting.

Multi-model assignment

Cowork doesn’t use a single AI model for everything. It assigns the right model to each stage of an agent’s execution automatically:
  • A research-optimized model for data gathering, SERP analysis, and competitor research
  • A drafting-optimized model for content generation, rewriting, and summarization
  • A chat-optimized model for the conversational interface and plan presentation
This means each step of your agent runs on a model suited to that specific job. If you have preferences or requirements, you can override model selection per step in the agent configuration.

Multi-workspace support

If you manage multiple clients or brands, Cowork operates across workspaces from a single interface. Each workspace has its own Brand Kit, analytics connection, and page library, so brand context is always isolated by client — Cowork will never mix one client’s voice, data, or content into another’s. Switch between workspaces from the workspace selector in the top navigation bar.
